...can't sleep...

You know how each major life experience feels like it is happening to you and you alone? And no one - not one person in the whole wide world - has ever experienced this crazy thing before??

We just bought a house.

It has three bedrooms. And a huge front porch - the kind where you put the rocker and watch the world go by. And a front garden. And a picket fence. And it's RED. It's on a bike route, and one block from a huge park. And it's brand new.

I go back and forth from feeling very very excited ... and very very nervous. Lots to do.
