blighty has graced us (no REALLY, we are graced) with her presence, patience, and skillz as a baby whisperer. Susi loves her. We love her. (of course, I've always loved her, except maybe for those two years in high school when she went out with that irritating joey oglesman kid.)

is anyone else sick of the phrase baby whisperer or whatever else kind of whisperer?? overused. sorry bout that.

today we are touring sans baby around funcouver, so that we can see a few sites - actually we are running shopping errands so that blighty can acquire all the appropriate thangs for her children, poor overworked husband, and m-in-law.

And then, when I approach explosion, we will return and rebond with baby, and then play with house rearrangement.

Have I mentioned that blighty is my oldest and dearest and bestest friend? Things like CLEANING are fun with her. So we've made a date with these way-cool new vacuum storage SPACE bags - the kind where you stuff in your stuff, and then suck all the air out them, so as to maximize your room in your storage areas. Fun things to do with vacuum cleaners. Tomorrow we're looking into that vacuum cleaner hair cutter thing. (okay, no we're not. lying.)

I've started typing like a sleep deprived teenage version of myself. oh well. I love blighty. I don't want her to go home. Maybe we can ship her family here....
